Events Instructors

Nicolay Del Salto, founder of URENERGY

Nicolay discovered Yoga in 2003 and was immediately hooked! He taught his first class later that same year in July and officially started teaching in October 2003. He received his 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Synergy Yoga, South Beach in May of 2004. He received 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training from Sivananda Vedantic Center in 2017. He is the Founder and Director of UREnergy Yoga which was founded in 2017. He has taken extensive workshops and training over the years which enables him to bring a blended class called UREnergy. He also founded Good Karma Yoga which brings yoga to the masses by teaching at public parks; namely Bayfront Park and Museum Park; both located in Miami. Proceeds from the donations for his classes are used to cover the expense of teaching yoga and to help aid the many homeless in the area.

Carlos R. Pena, URENERGY Yoga Instructor

With a background as a drummer/percussionist, Carlos began his yoga practice as a holistic approach to dealing with a back injury in the early 2000’s. Ever since yoga has remained a catalyst for positive transformation at different stages in his life. After an eye-opening retreat in Sayulita, Mexico, he immediately went on to complete a 200-hour Teacher Training with Nicolay del Salto at UREnergy Yoga in November 2017. He has since been teaching in the Miami area private classes, as well as a Substitute teacher at several locations including Chakra Samvara Buddhist Temple, Miami Beach. With his practice, Carlos attempts to raise awareness of the spiritual path that yoga is intended to be.
